This year, I had the honor of representing 11 property owners in preparing and selling their homes. Every property had its unique story, from meticulously updated spaces to well-loved homes needing a little extra care. No matter the condition, I focused on every detail to help my clients achieve the highest possible price. 

I was also privileged to help 7 families find their perfect place to call home—and matched 3 families with outstanding Realtors who were the ideal fit for their journey. 

While I pride myself on showcasing only the best quality photography and videography (scroll below), this time, I thought I’d share something different—the bloopers! Because, let’s face it, selling and buying a property can be stressful, but there’s always room for some fun. 

As we enter 2025, I’m excited to embrace the opportunities ahead to serve others. I look forward to thinking outside the box, bringing creativity to every challenge, and always working with the highest level of ethics, integrity, and a whole lot of heart, soul, and fun.
